The amount you receive is the sum of all payments made by the Guests for booking nights at your Property and all cleaning fees paid by the Guests reduced by the Diwerent's fee of 3.5%. Please note that the final amount of payments for booking made by Guests will be determined at the time of closing of the Listing with regard to applicable discounts taking effect.
