Our system is based on pre-determined discounts which apply in the same way to all property listings. Each listing has 5 levels of discounts where at level 1 there is no discount at all, and with each following level the discount appears and grows.

The Hosts are required to set the discount for each level as they think appropriate. Based on our experience we recommend setting adequate discounts to make the listings attractive and competitive. 

Discounts can be set in the Host's Personal Account during preparing of the listing and during the listing until the Property receives the first confirmed booking.
