The steps to placing a Listing on our website are the following:

1. Fill out the application form on the Hosts page of our website;

2. Our manager will contact you to agree the time when our agent can visit your Property;

3. Meet our agent at the agreed time;

4. Wait for your account to be activated. Usually it is done within 48 hours;

5. Fill in the details of your Property, set your Listing’s parameters and submit the Listing for moderation;

6. Moderation will be complete within 24 to 48 hours. Your Listing will be placed on the website manually by our manager.

Please note that your listing may not be published immediately after approval by our moderator. In some cases your Listing can be placed on our side at a later time according to the dates you offer, current queue order and other factors.
