Diwerent collects individual Guests' bookings and groups them into a single pool in order to ensure lower prices for the Guests and provide greater occupancy for the Hosts.

It means that Diwerent enables Guests to rent properties for short stays at greatly discounted prices, similar to yearly rates, by using a booking model that combines Guests' consecutive short-term bookings to generate long-term bookings for Host. 

Hosts can sell to the Guests up to 100 nights at their properties listed on Diwerent within a one-month listing.

Every listing has 5 levels of discount set by the Host. Each level consists of 20 nights that must be booked by Guests to activate a discount for everyone. With every other 20 nights booked on any available dates a new, larger discount shall apply. This guarantees that the Host will only provide discounts to the Guests when a certain number of nights at the Host’s property is already booked.
