The offer (listing) period for each property displayed on Diwerent is unlimited from the beginning. However, once the first booking at the property has been confirmed, its listing period gets limited with 30 days. Time limit is an essential factor that helps us determine the final discount applicable to all bookings made at each property within the offer period and, consequently, the total price of every booking.

After the offer period for a property ends it can be started again. Hosts can change the discounts, prices, available dates and other listing parameters for each new listing. All the discounts achieved by the Guests during the previous listing will be voided.
