What is the minimum number of nights for rental and why does it change?

Each Host can set a range of minimal number of nights available for rent. The exact minimal number of nights available to Guests during their booking is determined automatically by the platform.

The platform uses an algorithm which allows booking only a greater number of nights from the range set by the Host. If such greater number of nights is not available at the Property for your dates, the platform will allow booking a lesser number of nights within the pre-set range.

For example, if a Host has set a range of 5-7 nights available for booking and the Property’s calendar has only 6 adjacent nights available, the platform will let you book 6, but not 5 nights. You will be able to book 5 nights if there are only 5 adjacent nights available, but you can’t book 5 or less nights at this Property.

The Host can also set a flat minimum number of nights, for example, 3 nights. In this case you will only be able to book 3 nights or more.
