HOW CAN WE HELP?

What is the minimum number of nights for rental and why does it change?

Each Host can set a range of minimal number of nights available for rent. The exact minimal number of nights available to Guests during their booking is determined automatically by the platform.

The platform uses an algorithm which allows booking only a greater number of nights from the range set by the Host. If such greater number of nights is not available at the Property for your dates, the platform will allow booking a lesser number of nights within the pre-set range.

For example, if a Host has set a range of 3-5 nights available for booking and the Property’s calendar has more than 5 adjacent nights available, a Guest will be able to book any number of availble nights starting from 5. If only 4 adjacent nights are available, the platform will let a Guest book 4, but not 3 nights. A Guest will be able to book 3 nights if there are only 5 adjacent nights available, but there is no way to book less than 3 nights at this Property.

The Host can also set a flat minimum number of nights, for example, 3 nights. In this case a Guest will be able to book only 3 or more nights.
