If you need to deactivate your Listing, please contact us by using the platform's communication means. Generally cancellation of Listings is not tolerated but in some exceptional circumstances Diwerent can cancel your listing manually. In this case Diwerent will, upon consulting with you, let you keep the Guests who have already made a booking at your Property. Such Guests may have to be given additional discount similar to that they could expect to receive if the Listing would last 30 days. Alternatively, the Guest can be offered a full refund or other benefits determined on a case-to-case basis.
