    Can I alter or cancel a Guest’s booking before they arrive?

    You can only do this if your home becomes uninhabitable for any reason during the interim. In this case you need to contact Diwerent immediately.

    Please note that if you cancel a confirmed booking you may be required to pay a penalty and an additional cancellation commission.
