This may be due to the fact that the number of booked nights required for your booking to reach the next discount level was not achieved and therefore the price was not reduced.

If at the time of making your booking the price for your rental changed but the price indicated on the website still displays the previous price, this is because your booking has not yet been confirmed by the Host. The price will change only after confirmation of the booking.
