On Diwerent several factors influence the total price of your booking:

• Rental rate per night which is set by the Host;
• Cleaning fees which are charged by the Host for maintaining the cleanliness of the Property;
• Diwerent's service fee charged for all bookings to enable Diwerent to offer customer support around the clock. The service fee is 13% of the sum of all initial prices indicated in the Listing for the nights booked by the Guest.

Please note that the final booking price is determined at the time of closing of the Listing with regard to applicable discounts. Any difference between the price of the Property at the time of booking and by the time of closing of the Listing will be returned to you as cashback payment.
