How do I cancel a booking as a Host?

    Unfortunately, at the moment you won't be able to do it yourself, so please contact Diwerent directly by email.

    Please remember, however, that if you cancel a confirmed booking without a valid reason, you will not receive the payment, all funds will be returned to the Guest, and you will be required to pay the following penalty from the final price of the cancelled booking: 

    • 15% if the booking is cancelled more than 60 days before the check-in;
    • 30% if the booking is cancelled 60 to 30 days before check-in;
    • 40% if the booking is cancelled 30 to 7 days before check-in; and
    • 50% if the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before check-in.

    You may also be asked to pay a cancellation commission of up to 6.8% from the amount refunded to the Guest, including the cleaning fees, as compensation of transaction expenses paid by Diwerent to the payment service provider. Diwerent may withhold this commission from future sums payable to you or receive the payment from you directly.  

    Cancellation commission will not be charged in case you cancel your Guest’s confirmed booking within 7 days after the booking request has been made.
