"Adults only" policy is not and should not be used as a discrimination on the basis of age or familial status. The safety of our Guests and any accompanying children is Diwerent's highest priority. This is why, where the law allows, Hosts can place reasonable restrictions in their listing if their space may not be safe or suitable for children or infants. In the event of the Guests' noncompliance with these restrictions, accommodation may be denied by the Host.

Please note, however, that we do not recommend our Hosts marking their properties as "Adults only". Instead, you as a Host can check the "Children friendly" ckeckbox in your Listing settings if your property is suitable for children and/or infants, or leave it empty if for any reasons the property you offer is not safe for them.
