Villa Taling Chan

It’s a perfect little getaway from the city’s hectic lifestyle where you can relax in tropical splendour.

Location & Surroundings
The villa is located in Taling Chan, Krabi, Thailand.
The area of Had Yao Beach is very secluded with few businesses. Heaven for some, isolated for others. Tesco or Big C supermarket are the places to go to buy all your groceries as this is a self-catering villa as opposed to a full-service hotel. Across the road is a coin-operated laundry mat.
To get to Krabi Exclusive there are two options. Option A - Pick up service (1,200THB) in a large passenger van with a stop at Tesco Lotus on the way to pick up groceries and drinks. Option B - Rent a car from Krabi Airport. Free parking at Krabi Exclusive. To get around in the Had Yao area, you can rent a scooter for 300THB per day. We can help you arrange everything.

Space
The Master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a large wardrobe, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The ensuite bathroom has a large shower with raindrop shower-head. The guest room also has a queen-size bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and ceiling fan. The second bathroom has a standing shower also with a raindrop shower head. The kitchen has a full-size fridge, oven, stove, with all the cooking/cutlery/dishes you need. The living room has an HD Smart TV and a large corner sofa which can be turned into a bed for one adult. There is a large patio with table and chairs for 4 people plus a roof top terrace for sunset views.

Services
PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE: 2 large complimentary water bottles, shampoo and body wash soap, beach towels, bath towels, tissue and toilet paper, cleaning supplies, free wifi and cable TV.
AVAILABLE FOR RENT from the management office: BBQ grill, extra bed and linens, scooter. AVAILABLE SERVICES: Massage, boat rental, other activities, cleaning and laundry.
Airport transfer is 600 THB.
