Location & Surroundings
Villa E is located in Ban Taling Nam on the southwest side of Koh Samui, Thailand. It is only a 2-minute drive from Taling Ngam Beach, a 10-minute drive to Nikki Beach, a 15-minute drive from Lamai Beach and a 30-minute drive from Chaweng Beach. Samui Airport is a 45-minute drive away. The sea is only 1 km from the villa.
A restaurant with Thai and international cuisine is located not far from the villa.
Space
It's a very private villa in one of the best parts of Samui. A perfect place to enjoy your time with only the birds and the wind interrupting your peace and serenity.
The house offers open spaces between inside and outside areas in both day and night environments. The doors in the living room can be opened wide to extend the terrace.
Villa E is surrounded by beautiful natural vegetation and is set entirely on one floor. The entire house overlooks the large terrace with the Infinity pool and a perfect unobstructed jungle viewand sea view . The rooms are immense and bright.
The villa features 4 bedrooms with king beds, 4 fully equipped bathrooms including a private jacuzzi with changeable color lighting, a private terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and both outdoor and indoor dining areas. Other facilities include a spacious sofa seating area, a pool table, aircons and flat-screen TV smart.( curved 55 inch, more home theater)
Outside of the villa there is a large private open infinity swimming pool with Iacuzzi for 8 peoples and stunning view from the mountain of the valley and of the sea of the island. The space around the pool can be used for various activities and is perfect for doing yoga and meditations.
Free WiFi is available throughout the property.

A security deposit in the amount of 5000 THB is charged in cash at the time of check-in. The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out if no damage has been made to the property.

Cancellations

If you made a booking at initial price and the price has not changed by the time of the end of the listing period, you will have the right to cancel the booking no less than 7 days before the check-in date. For your first cancellation of a non-discounted booking you will receive a full refund. For subsequent cancellations you will receive a refund but will incur a penalty in the amount of 10% from the price of booking for doing so. If you cancel the booking less than 7 days before the check in date you will not receive a refund. Cleaning fees payable to the Host will be refunded to you in full if you cancel your booking before the scheduled check-in.

Please note that additional cancellation commissions may apply.

If you made a booking at step 2-5 your booking is not refundable.

We suggest that all Guests take out insurance which covers trip cancellations.
