Accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms, an open-plan living room, dining and kitchen area set within a secure private garden that overlooks the pool area.
The living area has comfortable sofas with charming views out to the pool deck. There is a six-seater dining table and an open-plan, modern kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-range appliances, crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking equipment. A washing machine is provided, and the villa has integrated air conditioning throughout, with cable pop-up, LCD TV and internet.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe and a large bathroom with bath, separate toilet and shower, with patio doors opening onto the pool and garden.
Bedroom two has also a king-size bed, wardrobes and a separate shower room with toilet.

2. Please don’t leave any permanent stains on our towels and bedsheets.

3. Please put all garbage into designated trash bins outside the property. Do not leave garbage in any other areas. Besides, we kindly ask you to through away the garbage before your check-out.

4. Please do not put toilet paper or sanitary items inside the toilet.

5. Please help us protect the environment and switch off air conditioning unit while leaving your room.

6. Please close the doors and windows while using air conditioners.

7. For your safety please only use plastic glasses in the pool area.

8. Please do not listen to loud music and make noise after 10:00 PM

9. Please park your car in designated parking areas. Do not abstract the area between the villas with your car, as access is required for 24 hours a day.

10. Please don’t bring pets to our villa.

11. Do not bring durian anywhere on the territory, please.

12. Please do not move furniture inside the properties without permission.

13. Please keep all your valuable belongings inside the safe box.

14. As a courtesy to the country and its people that welcome you as a guest we kindly ask you to treat local culture, nature, laws and traditions with due respect.

15. Please do not make parties of any kind at our property without prior permission from the administration.

Cancellations

If you made a booking at initial price and the price has not changed by the time of the end of the listing period, you will have the right to cancel the booking no less than 7 days before the check-in date. For your first cancellation of a non-discounted booking you will receive a full refund. For subsequent cancellations you will receive a refund but will incur a penalty in the amount of 10% from the price of booking for doing so. If you cancel the booking less than 7 days before the check in date you will not receive a refund. Cleaning fees payable to the Host will be refunded to you in full if you cancel your booking before the scheduled check-in.
