The Villa Artemis is perfect for couples or families and can accommodate 4-6 guests. The villa is air-conditioned throughout and the bedrooms each have a king-size bed and a modern-style bathroom with indoor hot shower. A bunk bed is available if 6 guests stay.
There is a flat-screen smart TV with cable service and high-speed broadband internet with Wifi.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with fridge-freezer, microwave, electric rice cooker, electric kettle and a coal barbecue oven.
There is a private pool with Jacuzzi and private parking for car or motorbike.

I can provide discounted tickets for trips or tours, arrange transfer from the airport or bus station (800 Baht/trip) and rent a motorbike or car on request.

A security deposit in the amount of 2,000 THB is charged in cash at the time of check-in. The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out if no damage has been made to the property.

Cancellations

If you made a booking at initial price and the price has not changed by the time of the end of the listing period, you will have the right to cancel the booking no less than 7 days before the check-in date. For your first cancellation of a non-discounted booking you will receive a full refund. For subsequent cancellations you will receive a refund but will incur a penalty in the amount of 10% from the price of booking for doing so. If you cancel the booking less than 7 days before the check in date you will not receive a refund. Cleaning fees payable to the Host will be refunded to you in full if you cancel your booking before the scheduled check-in.

Please note that additional cancellation commissions may apply.

If you made a booking at step 2-5 your booking is not refundable.

We suggest that all Guests take out insurance which covers trip cancellations.
