Location & Surroundings
Victoria Chaweng Villa is in Chaweng Hill, Koh Samui, only 20 minutes from the airport. The area is famous for its incredible views, turquoise waters and refreshing sea breathe that make your vacation experience perfect even during the hottest days. A distinctive and pleasant feature of this area is lack of mosquitos. Located in a quiet and calm tropical place, the villa lies within easy 10-minute car access to the incredible Chaweng Beach, a famous shopping mall, center of nightlife, local fresh markets and night food markets. The biggest supermarket in Samui - Tesco Lotus Chaweng - is only 5-minute drive away from the villa. The location is perfect to easily reach all the beauties and sight the island has to offer. Within only 15 minutes you can reach the Fisherman’s Village, a great place to walk around and relax in the evening with plenty of modern restaurants and bars. Picture- perfect tropical paradises of Coral Cove beach and Choeng Mon beach are only 15- minute drive away from the villa and are great places to sunbathe, swim and take memorable photos.
Space
The villa is brand new and fully furnished. All furniture is very stylish and comfortable, the kitchen is ready for cooking and is equipped with everything you might need. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with comfy king-size beds. Bathrooms are light and spacious with all new fixtures. The kitchen and dining area open towards the poolside, so you can dine here overlooking the amazing views. The infinity pool is easily accessible from almost anywhere in the villa and has plenty of space to enjoy sunbathing.

Cancellations
If you made a booking at initial price and the price has not changed by the time of the end of the listing period, you will have the right to cancel the booking no less than 7 days before the check-in date. For your first cancellation of a non-discounted booking you will receive a full refund. For subsequent cancellations you will receive a refund but will incur a penalty in the amount of 10% from the price of booking for doing so. If you cancel the booking less than 7 days before the check in date you will not receive a refund. Cleaning fees payable to the Host will be refunded to you in full if you cancel your booking before the scheduled check-in.
Please note that additional cancellation commissions may apply.
If you made a booking at step 2-5 your booking is not refundable.
We suggest that all Guests take out insurance which covers trip cancellations.
