This is a privately owned apartment at The Serenity Resort and Residences Hotel located in Rawai, Phuket, in close proximity (3-10 min drive) to Nai Harn Beach, Rawai Beach, Promthemp Cape, coffee shops, cafes, seafood markets, gyms, massage salons, etc.

Space
Set amongst beautifully landscaped gardens, the Grand Seaview Suites offer stunning views of Chalong Bay. The apartments are located in a small five-star hotel, the Serenity Resort & Residence, surrounded by beautiful tropical trees, and when sitting on the terrace you can enjoy magnificent views of the sea, islands and swimming pool, which is adjacent to the sea.
The pool area has a Jacuzzi and a special section for children, a modern gym, a restaurant with European and Thai cuisine, and a bar on site. The rooftop restaurant and bar have two lounge/sun deck s with stunning sea views. In addition, parking is free and there is 24 hour security provided. The spacious, 150 sq. m., apartment in contemporary European style with neutral colours and elements of Thai décor features natural stone and granite and comfortably accommodates four people. Each bedroom has a double bed (king size), large storage cabinets, large LCD TVs and entertainment centres, with commodious adjoining bathrooms, each with a large mirror. The master bedroom has his-and-hers sinks, a large bathtub and separate shower area. From the spacious living room with comfortable and cozy furnishings there is a magnificent panoramic view of the sea and islands. Large sliding glass doors open up from the living and dining room area onto a wide private balcony, offering stunning garden and beach views due to the apartments’ location in the front two buildings, closest to the pool and beachfront.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including a mini bar and washing machine. On the terrace there are two sun loungers and a table with four chairs. The apartment and terrace are decorated with beautiful tropical plants. Not far from the apartment are three beaches. Nai Harn Beach is a twelve-minute drive away and is one of the best beaches in Phuket. Rawai Beach is located five minutes away and is famous for its numerous restaurants, bars and cafes. Yanuy small beach is located ten minutes away and is famous for its lack of waves. From the Rawai and Chalong piers you can make boat trips to the many islands of Phuket. Five minutes away is Phuket’s Kite School.

Our standard check-in time is 15:00 onwards. An early check-in is possible upon inquiry. 24 Hour Check-In.
Our standard Check out time is 12:00. Late check-out is possible upon inquiry.
Deposit
On your arrival, we will pre-authorize a credit or debit card to the amount of 5 000 THB or we can accept the cash equivalent in ANY currency.
When you arrive at the home we’ll ask the lead guest for ID and a matching debit or credit card.
We’ll pre-authorize a ‘hold’ on the card.
The amount is held by your bank until we confirm that no damage was caused during your stay.
We will refund the cash immediately at check-out or we will release the hold from the credit card within five days after your departure, but it may take your bank longer to process the request from the credit or debit card company. If you do damage anything it’s always best to let us know before you leave. And once you depart, if we do find any damage, we’ll get in touch immediately.
Utilities
Electricity fee – complimentary first 60 kWh per day for every stay up to 28 nights.
For stays longer than 28 nights the electricity fee is paid in the full amount according to the meter readings All Water Charges are complimentary.
