Location & Surrounding
The penthouse lies in the heart of Kamala, Kathu, with stunning views of both the sea and surrounding hills. The property is close to beach and restaurants.
Kamala is on the glorious west coast of Phuket and boasts a magnificent 2.5 km crescent shaped white sandy beach providing good swimming in crystal clear water. It is 35 mins from Phuket International airport and just 5 km from Surin Beach and 15 mins from Patong Beach.
There is a regular shuttle bus that runs to nearby beaches and restaurants. Cars and motorcycles can be hired from the concierge. Taxis are available 24/7. Free parking is available onsite.
Airport transfer can be provided at a small additional cost (recommended).

Space
With 360 sqm of indoor air-conditioned space, beautifully furnished with panoramic views (sea and mountain) from all the main living areas. Each of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with its own jacuzzi. Fully equipped kitchen and other utilities.
200 sqm roof terrace with its own jacuzzi and bar area as well as an alfresco dining area.

Complementary services
Guests have access to a gym, 2 swimming pools, squash, an on-site restaurant that opens for breakfast through dinner, a shuttle bus to the beach and nearby restaurants, a membership to a beach club and discounts on golf green fees and yacht charters.
Someone will be available at all times to deal with any queries and requirements during your stay and will of course be on hand to greet you on arrival.
The penthouse is cleaned daily (included in the cost of accommodation).

Other notes
Please note that there is no elevator up to the apartment, so the property is not ideal for elderly or disabled guests. There are however porters who will help with luggage etc.
Guests should assume that check-in time is after 3pm, and check-out time is prior to 12 noon, unless otherwise agreed. Check in and checkout times are usually flexible but this is not guaranteed, so please ask in advance.
