Guests at this elegant brand new villa can make use of a range of communal facilities including a swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room and tennis courts, as well as an onsite restaurant, bar and supermarket.
Location & Surroundings
The villa is located at "Pause on Samui" resort style community. The resort is in a great location, right between Fisherman's Village and Bangrak beach.
It's a great part of the island to be on because you're only minutes from everything but it's still a nice quiet spot.
There's a nice walking/fishing beach right across the street and the best Koh Samui beaches, shopping and restaurants are only minutes away (see the list below).

- Bangrak / Big Buddha beach: 3 minutes
- Bophut beach: 3 minutes
- Choengmon beach: 10 minutes

Our resort is fine for everyone from families and couples seeking a fun resort to relax at, it's quiet enough so you can get a good sleep at night. Tourist hubs and night life are only a short drive away.
As the roads in Samui are quite narrow for walking and the public transport is not very common, we recommend all guests to consider renting a vehicle because you'll save time and money over hiring taxis or expensive tour companies to drive you around. This will give you the freedom to explore the whole island at your leisure. It's also possible to hire a taxi or shuttle bus from the resort’s front desk 24 hours a day.
Space
The villa consists of 3 double bedrooms and a spacious living room. One side of the living room is taken by a fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 bathrooms and a guest restroom.
On the 1st floor:

- Office area for two persons

- Living room with big size sofa and 55'' LCD smart TV with premium channels: HBO, FOX, HBO GO movies and shows

- Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, stove top, microwave, toaster, blender, electric kettle, dinnerware.

- Patio with BBQ grill

On the 2nd floor:

- Master bedroom with with a king bed, 43'' LCD TV smart TV with premium channels: HBO, FOX, HBO GO movies and shows, private bathroom with rain shower, dressing room and balcony .

- 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed

- 3nd bedroom with two single beds.

Every bedroom has air condition. 2nd and 3rd bedroom shares a bathroom.

Also you can find washer machine, iron, ironing board.

Kindly note that Electricity is charged within the complex by usage. Villa posted price is not inclusive of Electricity, instead meter reading is taken upon arrival and departure of guests (7 Baht per kwatt).
Breakfasts are optional and not included in the rate.
