This fantastic 3 bedroom private pool Villa set in a quiet location, just a short drive from beaches, shops and restaurants. The two-story Villa is located in a Villa Complex called MedVillage from the Mediterranean-inspired architecture of the Villas. Perfectly located between Rawai - NaiHarn - Chalong it is a short drive from beaches, restaurants, shopping centers, Big Buddha, long tail boats or speed boats to go out to the small islands and a vast number of other activities.

Mediterranean 3br Private Pool Villa is located in Tambon Rawai, Chang Wat Phuket, Thailand.
The Villa is located between Chalong and Rawai Beach, about 4km in each direction. From Chalong Pier you can jump on a fishing boat, diving boat or take a ferry to Phi Phi Island or Krabi. From Rawai Beach you can take a longtail boat out to some of the amazing small islands south of Phuket for snorkeling or sun bathing. The closest beach for swimming is Nai Harn beach, voted the No. 1 beach in Thailand by TripAdvisor 2018. On Rawai Beach and Nai Harn Beach there is also a wide range of Thai and International restaurants, jungle adventures, massage , bars etc...

Space
You feel as if you are in a fantasy world located on the Mediterranean coast. It’s a two-story villa with one bedroom, one bathroom, living room and kitchen with dining area on the first floor. The second floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the second floor bedrooms has a perfect view of the Big Buddha. From the Living room you have access to the private Swimming pool and outdoor lounge area. The common areas host a small fitness room, common pool and kids’ playroom. The complex has 24h security. You will definitely enjoy your holiday here.

Services
The villa is 100% yours. The pool is private. There is a private carpark.
We can send a private minivan to pick you up from the airport and bring you directly to the villa (1,200 THB) where we will be waiting for you for the check-in. At night time we will prepare self check-in for you and you can pick up the keys from the security guard.
To enjoy the area, it is better to have a vehicle, either a car or motorbike. We can arrange both on demand and have them delivered to your Villa. 
If you don’t like to drive we will help you get a taxi at any time.

Other notes
Children and infants are welcome and we can provide a baby cot upon request. 1 single extra bed can also be added at extra cost.
After you’ve completed your booking, we will open a group chat on your favourite app and send you all the information relevant to your arrival and stay in Phuket. You will be able to reach us before and during your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9am to 7pm for any questions you may have or anything you may need. We are always available, smiling and helpful.

There is an electric BBQ in the Villa at your convenience.

Electricity is charged at 6 THB/unit (kWh) and water is charged at 10 THB/unit. We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. You can expect to pay about 250 THB per day. This will cover a normal usage, with aircon in each room during the night. But if you leave the aircon running while you are not in the villa, you will most likely pay an additional 200 THB. While still a minimal cost, this policy is in place to avoid wastage and preserve our beautiful island!
