MAREMAAN Villa offers accommodation for up to 16 people in a spacious 2000 square meter estate nestled in a lush tropical garden with a large 15m pool / jacuzzi on the idyllic island of Koh Samui.
Location & Surroundings
Just 10 minutes from the beach, our location in Bophut offers the perfect combination of calm and privacy and easy access to nearby Chaweng with it’s numerous restaurants, shopping malls and supermarkets, while Samui Airport is a mere 15 minutes away.

Space
After passing through the gate into MAREMAAN Villa’s secluded tropical garden, you will immediately feel relaxed as you gaze out over the 15m pool and the spacious terrace with the shaded sundeck.
Contemporarily furnished in a mixed Thai/European style, there is a total of 8 air-conditioned bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, a fully-appointed kitchen, a comfortable dining room and a large and comfortable family room.
Take breakfast on the shaded outdoor terrace overlooking the garden before a day of relaxing in the sun on a lounger by the pool or exploring the island’s beaches. Or grab a spot on one of the generously over-sized couches in the living room, where you can enjoy watching the Apple TV with Netflix on the large 65-inch TV.
When it’s time to sleep, you will enjoy the superior comfort of either the large king-size beds or the twin beds which can be joined together to form a king-size.
The 8 bedrooms in detail are:
- 2 Master Bedroom, 27m2, 1 king-size bed 180 x 200 cm
- 2 Twin Bedroom, 22m2, 2 single beds, 90 x 200 cm that can be joined together to get a king-size bed
- 2 Mini Twin Bedroom, 17m2, 2 single beds, 90 x 200 cm that can be joined together to get a king-size bed
- 2 Double bedroom, 23m2, 1 king size bed, 180 x 200 cm
All of the en-suite bathrooms are large with rain-shower and handheld shower heads, hair dryers and our own line of organic amenities: shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, espresso machine, juicers and enough plates, glasses and cutlery for everyone.
Complimentary WIFI 100Mb/s is accessible throughout the property.
Services
In Koh Samui there is no public transportation and taxis are sometimes difficult to get. It is more convenient to rent a scooter or a car for your stay, which we can help to arrange:

Airport pick up: FREE / drop off: 300THB
Scooter rental, 100cc, 250THB/day or 150cc: 400THB/day
Driver on call available: 300THB for Chaweng beach or Fisherman beach
Car rental, available, send us message in advance to have the car ready upon your arrival.

FREE BREAKFAST on the first morning: the fridge will be ready with tea, coffee, milk, toast, butter & jam and Corn Flakes. Then you can go shopping for the following days or ask for MAREMAAN morning breakfast that will be completed with an egg, orange juice, fresh fruit, daily-made croissants and pain au chocolat =>250THB/person

DINNER at the villa is available upon request: Starter, 3 main courses, soup and dessert => 750THB/person
Other notes
MAREMAAN is an eco-friendly estate and we collect rain water that goes through a powerful filtration system for showering. We use our own line of organic shower gel, shampoo and conditioner that are 100% biodegradable.
We also produce our own energy from solar panel installations and therefore you will not be subjected to an additional charge for electricity, unlike most villas in Koh Samui.
