Luxurious SeaView 4br Villa is located in Rawai, Phuket, Thailand.

Rawai holds the distinction of being the very first tourist beach on Phuket. Years ago, people from Phuket Town would drive the 17km to Rawai on weekends to while away the afternoon underneath the beach's casuarina trees rather than risk the (then) dangerous drive over the hill to Phuket's west coast.
Nowadays Rawai is a 'working beach' and a launching point for day boat excursions out to Phuket's surrounding islands. Many longtail boats available for hire line its shores, where you can arrange a trip to Coral Island, Koh Lone or Racha Island,or a fishing or snorkel trip. The beach is also used as a mooring point for the many fishermen who live in the area.
The villa is located in less than a minute’s walk from the beach where you can enjoy an early morning or late afternoon walk along the beach. On each side of the villa are two great restaurants where you can enjoy a late afternoon drink, dinner or just a bite to eat.
Rawai is home to the five-star resorts, Serenity Resort and Mangosteen and quite a few of Phuket's foreign expat population live in the area, lending a bohemian and laid-back flavour to the way of life there. Favourite nighttime haunts are Friendship Beach which is right next door to villa, towards Chalong, and Rawai's beachfront bars.

Space
- The ground floor hosts an open plan kitchen with a huge American fridge, espresso machine, micro, conventional oven, an island with gas burners, dishwasher and all the utensils for dining, dining area, living room with entertainment area and a bathroom. In front of the Living room you have a marble tiled 4 x 10m swimming pool and a sun deck.
- The first floor has two grand bedrooms with private balconies and a large shared bathroom with walk-in closets. 
- The second floor hosts two bedrooms both with private bathrooms and private balconies. The Master Bedroom with beautiful floor-to-ceiling teak wardrobes, ensuite marble bathroom with a bath tub, shower, two marble sinks and toilet is on this floor.
- On the roof terrace you can enjoy a Jacuzzi, BBQ and dining area with the most amazing view of Chalong Bay and the islands outside.

We offer full time concierge service to our guests from the time you book the Villa until check out, we arrange anything from airport pick up to Car/Bike rentals, activities and food delivery to bookings of boat trips, taxi and entertainment.
Our team will do everything in our power to help you make the most of your stay here through a group chat that we will set up before you arrive to Phuket. We can also deliver Breakfast and Thai food to your Villa.
The villa is 100% yours. The pool is private. There is a gated covered car-park.

Other notes
The villa is 4 stories high so not suitable for people who are not able to walk up stairs.
Children and infants are welcome and we can provide a baby cot upon request. 1 single extra bed can also be added at extra cost.
After you’ve completed your booking, we will open a group chat on your favourite app and send you all the information relevant to your arrival and stay in Phuket. You will be able to reach us before and during your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9am to 7pm for any question you may have or anything you may need. We are always available, smiling and helpful.
Our driver can pick you up from the airport and bring you directly to the villa (for additional fee) where we will be waiting for you for the check-in. At night time we will prepare a self check-in.
