Ideally located in Bophut, Chaweng, Koh Samui, Papaya Villa is only 5 min away from the beach, Central Festival shopping mall, Fisherman village and a supermarket.
Drive time to Samui airport is 15 min.

Space
Khalim villa has been fully refurnished. It can host up to 4 guests and consist of: 2 bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 dining room, 100m2 terrace facing the pool.

The bedrooms are designed as follows:
1 king size bed, wardrobe to hang your clothes and store your luggage.

The air conditioning is powerful but also very silent and will not disturb your sleep at night.

Each bathroom has a wash basin, a toilet, shower with hot water, a mirror, a hair dryer, and a set of organic amenities: shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and enough plates, glasses and cutlery for you to cook a delicious meal.

The Living room has a sofa bed, and a 55” TV with international TV channels available. 100Mb/s WI-FI is available throughout the property.

The villa has a modern tropical design with selected and imported furniture and is composed of 90m2 inside living space + 100m2 outside terrace.

The outside swimming pool (7mx4m) has a good size and is 1.60m deep, recommended for all good swimmers.

We can organize for you a trip around the island, a boat trip, a water fall discovery trip, elephant trekking, etc. We can also provide car/scooter rental services - we will send you the car/scooter selection on the booking confirmation and make the reservation for you. Just tell us what you want, and we will help you with it.

Send us your flight number and your arrival time, then Lex, our driver, will come to pick you up at the airport and safely drive you to the villa.
**FREE BREAKFAST for the FIRST morning***
The fridge will be ready with Tea, Coffee, Milk, Toast, Butter&Jam and Corn flakes. For the following days you can go grocery shopping, the supermarket is a mere 5 minute drive away.

We use organic shower gel, shampoo and conditioner that are 100% biodegradable and made in Samui.

No loud parties without my authorization, no parties with more than 15 people without my authorization. Music should be lowered after midnight to respect our neighbors. I might request my staff to supervise or help during events. Any violations will result of an immediate termination of the party, if drugs are found on the property police will be called.
