Location & Surrounding
The surrounding area is ideally provided with shops and amenities. The Patong area is about ten minutes away.
The beach is only slightly over a kilometer from the apartment at the Thavorn Beach Village. At the beach you will find a spa salon and a number of restaurants where you can enjoy local cuisine.

Space
This spacious apartment of 250 sq.m. has a stylish interior with chic furniture of Modern Thai design and is tastefully decorated with figurines and vases. It has three bedrooms, two with king-size beds and one with two singles, each with en suite bathroom and generous closet spaces and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
There is a fully fitted kitchen (large refrigerator, oven, gas stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery set) and a laundry-utility area with washer and dryer. The apartment is fitted with high-speed optic internet
There is a terrace that offers great ocean views and is a perfect place to watch the sunset after a soothing dip in the large infinity swimming pool that overlooks Kalim Bay. Two of the apartments also offer stunning views on either side of the building.
The beautifully appointed living room with floor to ceiling windows is bright and comfortable, with two sitting areas one of which has a large flat screen TV and air conditioners to keep the apartment comfortably cool at all times and soft rugs to lounge on.
The apartment is in a secured housing development, perfect for families or groups of friends, with a private, separate entrance. There is also a safety deposit box for your valuables.
There are dining tables both inside and out to allow for more intimate family and group dining as wee as the chance to eat al fresco under the stars.

Complementary services
There is ample parking for cars and motorbikes and an onsite fitness centre for guests’ use.
Complimentary airport transfer.
Cleaning is done twice a week and linen changed once a week.
Guests can avail themselves of a personal concierge service to help with excursions, renting a car, helicopter or yacht and whatever else they may require during their vacation.

Must climb stairs
A security deposit in the amount of 30 000 THB is charged in cash at the time of check-in. The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out if no damage has been made to the property.

Cancellations

If you made a booking at initial price and the price has not changed by the time of the end of the listing period, you will have the right to cancel the booking no less than 7 days before the check-in date. For your first cancellation of a non-discounted booking you will receive a full refund. For subsequent cancellations you will receive a refund but will incur a penalty in the amount of 10% from the price of booking for doing so. If you cancel the booking less than 7 days before the check in date you will not receive a refund. Cleaning fees payable to the Host will be refunded to you in full if you cancel your booking before the scheduled check-in.

If you made a booking at step 2-5 your booking is not refundable.
