The villa is only a 10-minute drive from Nai Yang Beach and Naithon Beach and about 30 minutes from Patong, depending on traffic.
15 minutes from Marina Yacht heaven and Ao Po Marina, the two biggest piers of Phuket.
The nearest airport is Phuket Airport, 5 km from the property.
Very quiet area, close to supermarkets and restaurants.

This house was built by a notorious German architect and decorated by a French artist in a classical car theme.
The villa features an open lounge zone with a partly covered 14m pool and 6 people jacuzzi, unique huge dragster table and V8 chairs for 8 people, hand-made American pool table, BBQ, and combi VW bar.
Air conditioning in all rooms. Private garden.
Pool table, V8 BBQ, smart TV with home cinema, great sound system and Chromecast. Internet wifi by fiber optic.
The kitchen is equipped with a big fridge, microwave, coffee machine, etc.

Services
Scooter rental at 300 baht for a 125cc, 1500 baht for a 500cc, per day.

Electricity is extra, 150 to 300 baht per day depending on the meters.
Private chef for a Thai gastronomic experience at 2000 baht per meal, with food and wine extra.
Other notes
I can also assist and advise with non-touristy stuff like renting a private boat for 5000 baht per day, average up to 6 people. That is less than 900 baht per person.

Cancellations
If you made a booking at initial price and the price has not changed by the time of the end of the listing period, you will have the right to cancel the booking no less than 7 days before the check-in date. For your first cancellation of a non-discounted booking you will receive a full refund. For subsequent cancellations you will receive a refund but will incur a penalty in the amount of 10% from the price of booking for doing so. If you cancel the booking less than 7 days before the check in date you will not receive a refund. Cleaning fees payable to the Host will be refunded to you in full if you cancel your booking before the scheduled check-in.
Please note that additional cancellation commissions may apply.
If you made a booking at step 2-5 your booking is not refundable.
We suggest that all Guests take out insurance which covers trip cancellations.
