6th Avenue Condominium is located on Surin Beach. This is our favorite part of the Surin area, according our guests' reviews. It’s a 4-5 minute walk to Surin Beach, 7-8 minutes to Bang Tao Beach. Also, popular beaches like Layan, Laem Singh, Kamala are very close. It is 500 meters to Plaza Surin Shopping Center and Phuket International Airport is only 14 km away. Bang Tao Temple is just 700 meters away, while Catch Beach Club is 600 meters. To the Beach Club Cafe Del Mar it’s just 5-7 minutes by car.

This stylish and distinctive apartment is 35 sq. m. There is a comfortable living room in the apartment, a dining area and a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped: microwave, toaster, fridge, stove and kettle. We provide towels and toiletries for all our guests. There are two air conditioners in the apartment and free Wi-Fi is available. We also have an outdoor pool, on-site restaurant and bar. Guests can use the fitness center and bicycle rental service.

- A security deposit in the amount of 10 000 THB is charged in cash at the time of check-in. The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out if no damage has been made to the property.
Cancellations
If you made a booking at initial price and the price has not changed by the time of the end of the listing period, you will have the right to cancel the booking no less than 7 days before the check-in date. For your first cancellation of a non-discounted booking you will receive a full refund. For subsequent cancellations you will receive a refund but will incur a penalty in the amount of 10% from the price of booking for doing so. If you cancel the booking less than 7 days before the check in date you will not receive a refund. Cleaning fees payable to the Host will be refunded to you in full if you cancel your booking before the scheduled check-in.
Please note that additional cancellation commissions may apply.
If you made a booking at step 2-5 your booking is not refundable.
We suggest that all Guests take out insurance which covers trip cancellations.
