This superb recently renovated villa located near the famous Fishermen’s Village in Koh Samui offers 3 bedrooms with sea view and 1 bedroom with garden view. All rooms are air conditioned. Common space includes a tastefully decorated large living room.
The villa comes with a private pool set in the middle of a tropical garden directly overlooking the beach. A perfect place to relax and watch beautiful sunsets.

Location & Surroundings
The villa is located on a quiet beach area far from any nuisance but with easy access to everything you need.
A 5-minute walk will take you to the famous Fishermen’s Village with many restaurants, bars and its Friday night market; a 10-minute car drive will get you to the festive places of Chaweng; the airport is just 15 minutes away by car.
It is a real dream location for a stay on the beautiful island of Koh Samui.
Space
At your disposal:
- 2 very large bedrooms with king size beds and sea view
- 1 large bedroom with king size bed and garden view
- 1 small bedroom with queen size bed and sea view
- 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets
- Bed sheets / towels / shower gel / shampoo / hair dryer.
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Staff comes every morning for approx.. 3 hours to clean the rooms (see Cleaning package)
- Fiber broadband internet
- Netflix
- Private pool 22 sqm

Cleaning package:
2500 THB for the stay - cleaning every day
1000 THB for the stay - laundry every 4 days (includes changing bedsheets and towels)
Included in the price:

We can provide breakfast for additional 300 THB per person.
Though it is easy to catch a taxi at any time at the Fishermen’s Village, it is more convenient to rent a scooter or a car. We can provide you a scooter or a car for rent. Please book 3 days before your arrival.
Airport transfer can be provided upon request at the cost of 500 THB.

A security deposit in the amount of 20.000 THB is charged in cash at the time of check-in. The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out if no damage has been made to the property.

Cancellations

If you made a booking at initial price and the price has not changed by the time of the end of the listing period, you will have the right to cancel the booking no less than 7 days before the check-in date. For your first cancellation of a non-discounted booking you will receive a full refund. For subsequent cancellations you will receive a refund but will incur a penalty in the amount of 10% from the price of booking for doing so. If you cancel the booking less than 7 days before the check in date you will not receive a refund. Cleaning fees payable to the Host will be refunded to you in full if you cancel your booking before the scheduled check-in.

Please note that additional cancellation commissions may apply.

If you made a booking at step 2-5 your booking is not refundable.

We suggest that all Guests take out insurance which covers trip cancellations.
