Baan Narakorn Villa - A Private Pool Villa in the Heart of Krabi, Thailand family holiday home in the tropical paradise of Ao Nang. Sleeps up to six guests. Ideal for families, groups of friends.
Baan Narakorn is a 7-minute drive away from Ao Nang Beach. This 3-bedroom villa features a kitchen, an outdoor swimming pool and a tour desk service. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Location & Surrounding
The villa is a 15-minute drive to Krabi Town. It is 16 minutes from Krabi Airport. Railay Beach is 20 minutes away while Phi Phi Islands is 45 minutes away by boat.
It takes only 5 minutes by car to the nearest restaurant, supermarket and convenience store. The villa is located close to nature and has fantastic mountain views.
There are 2 supermarkets in Ao Nang (only 5-minute drive from the villa) - Tesco and Makro.
U&P Bakery (homemade bread) is only 0.5 km away.

Space
On the second floor there are the two bedrooms both with king size beds. The bedrooms have windows that overlook the cliff and lush green rubber plantation. Each room has its own private balcony and bathroom. These air-conditioned bedrooms are styled with dark wooden details. The villa has own small garden with sun lounge at the pool side. The dimension of the Pool is 6 x 3 x 1.3 meters. The pool has no shallow area, so it is not suitable for young non-swimmer children.
Baan Narakorn Villa is located in a quiet residential area of Ao Nang and is an ideal home to holiday maker who enjoys private relaxing getaway after an active activities-filled day in Krabi.

A security deposit in the amount of 4 000 THB is charged in cash at the time of check-in. The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out if no damage has been made to the property.

To keep our costs down we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C when leaving the house.

Cancellations

If you made a booking at initial price and the price has not changed by the time of the end of the listing period, you will have the right to cancel the booking no less than 7 days before the check-in date. For your first cancellation of a non-discounted booking you will receive a full refund. For subsequent cancellations you will receive a refund but will incur a penalty in the amount of 10% from the price of booking for doing so. If you cancel the booking less than 7 days before the check in date you will not receive a refund. Cleaning fees payable to the Host will be refunded to you in full if you cancel your booking before the scheduled check-in.

Please note that additional cancellation commissions may apply.

If you made a booking at step 2-5 your booking is not refundable.

We suggest that all Guests take out insurance which covers trip cancellations.
