Location & Surroundings
The villa is situated on Bo Phut Hills, 10 minutes from Chaweng by scooter. Fishermen Village is around 5 minutes away. The surroundings are beautiful, and the view is spectacular. The villa lies away from the noise in a tranquil environment.
Please note that there is no public transport in Samui. You can use taxis, but the best and most popular method is scooter or car rental. You do not need a driving license for scooter or PCX rental.

There are 6 large en-suite rooms with king size beds and terrace. All of them are beautifully decorated, have bathrooms with double sinks, bathtub, shower and toilets, flat screen TV and air conditioning. Furnished with individually selected furniture made of Italian fabrics. The design was created with the sense of total luxury, relaxation and comfort.

The residence consists of 4 bungalows and 2 suites all with seaview and pool access. They all have their own bathrooms with double sinks, shower and bathtub as well. 12 people can sleep on normal beds and the rest on pull out sofa beds. Please note that extra guests above 12 are to be paid additionally.

In the communal area guests have access to the lounge, kitchen, barbecue, mattresses, umbrellas, the bar next to the pool. There is also a sala for relaxing onsite.

We can also arrange boat tickets for organised trips to nearby islands like Angthong Marine Park, Koh Tao, Koh Phangan and also for Samui island tours.
Airport transfer: 600 baht until 6 people, 1200 baht over that (one way).
Other notes
Electricity is to be paid according to consumption at the price of 1kw = 12 baht.
The price will not be high if you are careful with the air conditioning and make sure that you switch it off in all rooms when you leave the villa.
The meter will be checked upon your check-in and check-out to ensure precise calculation.
Please note that extra guests above 12 are to be paid additionally – 1000 baht per person.
