A-1 pool villa is a beautiful holiday home situated in a small side-street with surrounding villas in a quiet residential area, just a few minutes’ drive from Ao Nang's beautiful beaches, and is also conveniently placed close to Makro Food Service and Tesco Lotus supermarket.
The splendid Ao Phai Plong Beach is a mere 3.7 km away, while Dragon Crest Mountain is 11.3 km from the property. Krabi International Airport is 25.7 km from A-1 Pool Villa.

Space
The villa has two spacious bedrooms, both with king size beds, air conditioners and ceiling fans, 2 bathrooms with hot-water showers, a large open-plan living area with a large curved-screen TV with satellite channels, air conditioner and high speed Wi-Fi. There is a lovely modern western-style kitchen which has everything you’ll need. 
There is an outdoor dining area next to the pool set in a lovely garden surrounded by greenery and ornamental shrubbery with off-road parking. A barbeque grill is also available onsite.
There is a private swimming pool with a separated zone for children.

Services
There is a convenient tuk-tuk service to and from the beach for just 200 Baht per trip, or a motorbike/car rental can be arranged.

Cancellations

If you made a booking at initial price and the price has not changed by the time of the end of the listing period, you will have the right to cancel the booking no less than 7 days before the check-in date. For your first cancellation of a non-discounted booking you will receive a full refund. For subsequent cancellations you will receive a refund but will incur a penalty in the amount of 10% from the price of booking for doing so. If you cancel the booking less than 7 days before the check in date you will not receive a refund. Cleaning fees payable to the Host will be refunded to you in full if you cancel your booking before the scheduled check-in.

If you made a booking at step 2-5 your booking is not refundable.

My name is Aeh and I’m originally from Trang province but have lived in Krabi for many years, I have just the one villa, A-1 Pool Villa, which is almost brand new, having been completed in December 2017.
