    Will a Host count the number of people when checking into his property?

    Yes. This is done for safety and security reasons for both Guests and Host. A Host must know exactly how many Guests are staying at his property, and he will have a list of Guests and the number of Guests staying in the Property.

    In addition, if it is required by law to register all Guests at check-in, a valid ID or a passport must be shown to validate each Guest. The Host may take note and charge additional fees for extra Guests.
