    Why is the property I booked no longer displayed on the website?

    Each property Listing in our catalogue has a period of validity (offer period) of 30 days. The expiration date is indicated on the Listing page of every property.

    After the Listing's offer period expires, the property will no longer be available for booking, but it still can be viewed by Guests who have made a booking at the expired property. 

    Information about the property as well as the Host's contact details can be found in the Trips section of the Guest's Personal Account. You can also communicate with the Host directly through the website to discuss your arrival time and details, deposit, exchange of keys, departure time, etc.
