Why haven’t I received an email notification?

    If you don't receive notifications from Diwerent there are several things that you can do.

    Conduct a thorough search of your email inbox and other folder locations, such as spam, junk or bin, in your email account. Look for search items like "diwerent", "booking", "verification email", or other words relevant to the email you're searching for.

    To avoid this you are advised to check your spam and remove any Diwerent messages from your spam list.

    If you have any filters in your email account that may have assigned Diwerent emails to a location other than your inbox make sure these are deactivated.

    You should also check for problems with your email service provider.
