Why has my credit card been declined?

    Credit cards can be declined for a number of reasons. Diwerent generally isn't notified of the specific reason.

    If you have issues with your credit card you might try one of the following:

    • Check that you are entering all of your credit card details and billing address correctly;
    • Check that your card has enough available funds, and also that your card hasn't expired;
    • Check if your card's daily spending limits or limits per transaction allow you to make this purchase;
    • Contact your bank or card issuer if none of the above methods help.

    If you're receiving an error message at the time of payment, we suggest contacting your bank or credit card provider for clarification. Advise them of the amount and the time you tried to make the payment so they can allow the transaction to be processed correctly.
