HOW CAN WE HELP?

    When does the Host collect the security deposit?

    Host or the Host’s representative usually require the Guests to pay the entire security deposit directly to them upon check-in.

    Access to the property may be denied if the security deposit is not paid in full.

    Hosts must indicate in their listing if the security deposit is required to be paid in cash or by card.

    Please make sure that you give your Guest a receipt wih indication of date and deposit sum upon payment of the Security Deposit.
