What should I do if my Host does not communicate with me?

    If you’re having trouble getting in touch with your Host, you might first allow your Host a little more time to respond. Bear in mind the differences in time zones.

    You might try contacting your Host using different forms of communication. You can try reaching the Host by sending a message using the Diwerent messaging system.

    You could also mail or phone the Host - go to the Trips section of your Personal Account, click See Booking next to your booking, and use the email address or the phone number listed.

    If you can't find your booking with this Host, contact Diwerent for help.
