If anything is broken or damaged during your stay at your Host’s property, you should inform the Host as soon as possible in order that you can come to an early agreement about an appropriate amount of compensation, should this be required. 

Whether compensation is required is entirely at the Host’s discretion.

Should you and your Host fail to reach an agreement we advise you to seek a settlement through legal proceedings.
