Instant Booking is a feature that allows Hosts to automatically accept all booking requests made through our platform on the available dates. Guests who book a property with Instant booking feature enabled will receive immediate confirmation of their booking and their payment will be taken automatically.

You can set up an Instant Booking feature while editing the listing and once the listing is placed on the website it cannot be changed.

If you have the Instant Booking feature activated, it will apply to all available dates on your calendar.
