If for any reason the Guest intends to check-out early, please make sure to arrange with the Guest for the return of the Security Deposit minus any required deductions, for the handover of keys and all other necessary check-out procedures.

In the event of a Guest's early check-out you are not required to give a refund for any nights booked but not used by the Guest, unless the reason for the early check-out was your fault or it was connected with your property becoming uninhabitable or unfit for occupation.
