If the Guest fails to arrive at the booked property on the check-in date, please report this to Diwerent. You will be required to arrange a new check-in time with your Guest, which in any event cannot be later than his or her last date of occupancy in this property.
If you have arranged a new check-in date, please inform Diwerent accordingly and you will receive the payment for this booking within 24 hours from the Guest's check-in.
If the Guest cannot be contacted within 24 hours after the planned arrival date, you will receive the payment for this Guest's booking in full.
