When creating your Listing you can indicate a fee for the final cleaning which will be added to each booking. You can do this in your Personal Account in the Property section using the Set Parameters button (step 7). 

You should also indicate any additional fees that you intend to charge Guests for such as water, electricity and additional cleaning, if applicable. These payments will be made directly between you and your Guests and will not be considered in the booking price.
