    Can my Host ask me to sign a contract?

    Yes, your Host may ask you to sign a contract prior or upon your check-in, but in this case the Host must declare his or her intention to sign the contract and let the Guests know its terms prior to booking. 

    Diwerent is not a party of any such contract and cannot help enforce any special terms, conditions or policies in your contract.
