    Can I ask Guest to sign a Guest contract?

    Yes, you as a Host may ask your Guests to sign a contract prior or upon their check-in, but only if you have declared this intention to sign the contract in the house rules and let the Guests know its terms prior to booking. 

    Diwerent is not a party of any such contract and cannot help enforce any special terms, conditions or policies in your contract.
