What should I do if something's missing or not as described in the Listing when I check in?

    Upon arrival please ask the Host to show you around the Property and make sure that the Property corresponds to the description given on the website and that all amenities function properly. Please note that if the Host has limited the use of water and electricity you should ask the Host to show you the meters and make sure to take a photographic record of them. 

    If something is missing, not functioning properly, or otherwise not as was described in the Listing when you arrive and check in, please contact the Host. Explain the problem and allow them the opportunity to fix it as quickly as possible. Normally Hosts will resolve this problem shortly. 

    If you have not reached an agreement with the Host or the Property has become uninhabitable, please contact Diwerent within 24 hours from the date of your arrival and we will make all reasonable efforts to resolve this issue. 

    If you and your Host have trouble reaching an agreement, you can ask Diwerent for help.
