What happens if the Guest doesn't arrive on his or her check-in date?

    If the Guest doesn't arrive at the booked property on the check-in date, please report this to Diwerent. If the Guest cannot be contacted within 24 hours after the planned arrival date, you will receive the payment for this Guest's booking in full. 

    The Guest, however, will still be able to arrive at your property and stay there until the end of the booked period.
