A soon as you become aware that you won't be able to arrive in time for your check-in, please make sure to inform the Host and Diwerent accordingly using our messaging system. If you are unable to contact the Host please let us know immediately and we will do our best to contact you with the Host.
Please note that if don't arrive at your booked property on the check-in date and don't contact Diwerent within 24 hours afterwards, we will make the payment to the Host and you won't be entitled to any refund for the missed dates even if subsequently you face any travel impediments.
