The holiday villa is located on the sunset coast of tropical Koh Samui, 2 kilometers from the Island Capital of Nathon and 20 minutes from the airport, set in 2500 square meters of hillside gardens, within private hillside land. Only a few hundred meters from the sea, offering superb panoramic views of the azure waters of the Gulf Of Siam, marine activity of Nathon Port, nearby tropical islands and the rain forest, Samui Sunset Pavilions villa rental is an ideal family facility.
Just a few minutes from the villa on the main ring road you will find an increasing range of interesting beach side bars and restaurants. The Four Seasons, Mai Samui & The Passage are a few minutes away, Nikki Beach Resort 8 mins and other west coast attractions are 10-20 minutes drive. Excellent GOLF is within easy distance.

With an original design and volumes of space this 650 sq.m. premiere villa has four large air conditioned Bedroom En-Suites with views of the tropical waters, a balconied central tower containing a living area on the ground floor, a Buddha Lounge on the first floor and a Sunset Bar at the top. The views from every room can only be described as magnificent, with daily changing magical sunsets.

A private driveway sweeps down to the Entrance Hall and Lounge with wall to wall windows overlooking the large Infinity Pool, Sun Terrace and Jacuzzi.
Built as a home, this Private Residence contains a fully equipped European Kitchen and a poolside Sala.
There is also something very special that can rarely be met in Thailand – an onsite Sauna. Heating yourself up in a Sauna and jumping in a cool pool afterwards is a rare pleasure available exclusively on this villa.

Two Bedroom en-suites with king size beds have Private Balconies and Jacuzzis, another king en-suite opens directly to the Pool Sala and Terrace and the fourth en-suite, with a king size double and two single beds, opens to the lower Waterfall Terrace with a shaded area. The villa is spacious, open plan and uncluttered, to reflect the space and peace of the location.

Services
The villa is fully serviced by resident staff and a manager/concierge to make your stay memorable. We can also provide a chef to cook special meals at additional cost of 2000 baht per session, plus ingredients. Our staff will always be happy to collect take away meals for you from local restaurants. A car or motor scooters are commended to ensure your mobility, and we can help arrange one for you.
Your villa concierge can also arrange in-villa massages, tours and other activities. Staff service the villa and pool every day.

Other notes
All rooms have extensive ventilation to enjoy the tropical atmosphere, living outside inside!
We recommend opening all doors and windows during the daytime, but closure of external doors at night. The staff will close up at dusk but feel free to re-open as you require, remembering to close when you retire. We leave the pool deck open unless we are all upstairs, in which case we suggest closing. The bar and Buddha room are more comfortable with doors and windows open until you retire. In other words we practice normal personal security, as you would at home.
Rates are plus power use, measured by the meter. Each unit of energy needs to be paid at 8 THB/unit.
